Approach
We evaluated prebiotic fibre options to achieve optimal taste and stability while maintaining clarity and carbonation. A natural sweetening system was paired with fruit-forward flavours to ensure drinkability.
Outcome
Three shelf-stable formulations with optimised carbonation, compliant fibre and probiotic claims, and costed ingredient decks ready for production trials.
